Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order with Alufoil Products Pvt Ltd (“Alufoil Products Pvt. Ltd.”).

1. Customer cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped / handed to the courier. Once dispatched, cancellation is usually not possible and the return/refund process applies instead.

2. How to cancel

Contact us immediately with your Order ID via email at alufoil@gmail.com or phone 9433015330.

3. Approved cancellations

• Prepaid orders: refund is processed as per our Refund Policy
• COD orders: order is stopped and no payment is collected

4. Seller / store cancellation

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, pricing/listing error is found, payment is incomplete/suspicious, or delivery is not serviceable. In such cases, any paid amount is refunded.

5. After shipping

If the order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and use our Returns Policy / Refund Policy for eligible cases.
