1. Orders & pricing

Product prices, offers, and stock availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid) or after we accept a COD order.

2. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier delays, or unforeseen events. Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

3. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where enabled). You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.

4. Returns & replacements

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us promptly with order ID and photos. Eligible replacements/refunds are handled as per our support policy after verification.

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Minor variations in packaging/print may occur. If a listing error is found, we may cancel or correct the order and notify you.
