Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns and replacements work at Alufoil Products Pvt Ltd (“Alufoil Products Pvt. Ltd.”).

1. Return window

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Late claims may not be eligible.

2. Eligible returns

• Damaged packaging / product on arrival
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect (verified)

3. Non-returnable cases

• Opened/used products in saleable condition claims without clear damage proof
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
• Change of mind after accepting delivery (unless approved by support)

4. How to request a return

1. Email alufoil@gmail.com with Order ID
2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
3. Wait for approval and return instructions

5. Replacement or refund

After verification, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund as per our Refund Policy.

6. Return shipping

For approved damaged/wrong-item cases, return pickup or return shipping support is arranged by us. For other approved cases, return shipping terms will be shared by support.
