This Shipping Policy explains how Alufoil Products Pvt Ltd (“Alufoil Products Pvt. Ltd.”) ships orders across India.
1. Service area
We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout / order processing.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually packed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Estimated delivery
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Exact time may vary by location, weather, courier capacity, or festival rush.
4. Shipping charges
- Flat shipping (if applicable): ₹100
- Free shipping may apply on eligible orders above ₹2000 (as shown at checkout)
Final shipping amount is always displayed before you place the order.
5. Order tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the Track Order page with your Order ID. Tracking details may also be shared by SMS/email/WhatsApp when available.
6. Delays & failed delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated courier attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
